Breakfast,Lunch And Dinner by Tim Lincoln

Semi-abstract and expressionistic painting of  a table setting. It has a lot of texture and I utilized a pallet knife to do most of the painting and then I painted in areas so it's layered. This is a very long painting and needs a big wall to hang on.It would be great for a dining room or large kitchen. It's painted on all sides and I think a frame wouldn't work well with this piece.

Sweet Mexico by A.B.Deneweth

Inspired by the wonderful, luscious dessert paintings of Wayne Thiebaud, this is an abstract oil painting of some delicious fresh pastries from a local panadeira. I was particularly entranced by the one with the bright pink icing. And yes it's always nice to have an edible still life when you're done painting.
