Watercolor, Foo Protector II, Hawaii artist, Arlene G. Woo

There is a big Asian influence in Hawaii and many homes have Foo dogs as guards.  I have two as door stops and my neighbor has some at the entry to his property. I snapped a photo of a statue guarding a temple.  This watercolor image is 22"x15"  $300 unmatted, unframed.  Contact me:

Acrylic, "Ready for the New Year", Hawaii Artist Arlene G. Woo

This guy is ready for anything the Year of the Rooster 2017 can bring on.  Not one to back away, he is loyal, courageous and healthy.  This image is 7.5" x 9" acrylic on paper, varnished to bring out the bright colors.  It looks good mounted on a black panel.  A good gift for someone born in the year of the Rooster. ($150.)  Contact me: arlenesart@gmail.com

Year of the Goat 2015, watercolor, Hawaii artist Arlene G. Woo

2015 is the Chinese New Year of the Goat/Sheep.  Personally, I'd rather be a goat than a sheep.  What about you?  This watercolor is 14"x11" and fits a standard 20x16 frame with a mat.  Unmatted or framed: $200.
