Contemporary Art, Abstract Landscape “Music in the Trees" by Santa Fe Contemporary Artist Sandra Duran Wilson

A musical score is transferred along with imagery of tree bark. Trees create their own music as the move with the wind. The sounds of trees and the communication between them is a fascinating subject. I am recording sounds of the forest and translating the sounds into music and paintings. This piece is an early exploration into the research.
