Color My Trees

I had to paint a contemporary oil painting with color today. Lots of bright, vibrant color. I needed to put the paint on with thick broad strokes and the palette knife. I am going to let this one sit on my easel for several days and dry. I might go back in and paint some more.....not sure. It is on a gallery wrap canvas. I worked on several pieces at the studio today...had a great day painting with Sharon, Grant and Carol. It was exstremely hot in Dallas today, so painting and staying inside was just what I needed.
