French artist and writer, Jean Cocteau once wrote: "I love cats because I love my home and after a while they become its visible soul." That's definitely true of my painting studio and in this particular painting, I wanted to express this cat's soul through saturated color in this abstract cat oil painting. It's one of my favorites and am told he watches over the dining room of the family who purchased him.
