This little painting has several mixed media techniques in it.  The bumpy background "rocks" are made from prepared tyvek.  The larger marbled rocks are a mixture of Plaster of Paris, Elmers Glue, and vinegar.  The white squiggle is  dimensional paint by Tulip.

I took the photos before I put a glossy finish on it so I wouldn't have glare issues.
