French writer Albert Camus once wrote that autumn is a second spring where every leaf is a flower. That reminded me to post a favorite fall abstract oil landscapes that I painted plein air in the park near my home. It was indeed both challenging and enjoyable to paint the constantly falling leaves--autumn's blossoms. I worked quickly with a brush and a palette knife.
