This abstract painting started out with blocks of color, using the palette knife.

I wasn't sure how the painting would evolve,

but I knew that I needed to get the porportions correct on this horse.

I also wanted to get creative with the application of color.

I would like to do a series of horses,

but I need to finish up my New Orleans street scene today, along with a few other things. Thanks for viewing this blog.
