Abstract art appeals to some people, and not as much to others...My mother does not "get it" when she see my abstracts. I think abstracts allow the viewer to see what they want. This abstract floral oil painting is on a 8" x 10" cotton panel. The paint is applied with the palette knife, giving the flowers some angles.
