Red Confetti Two by Carol Engles

Watercolor with pastel. I have used very dark colors in this piece. When pastels are framed under glass the brilliance of their color captures your eye! I work with oil pastels also, and they have their own unique qualities; but, when you want vibrant color and contrast soft pastels are hard to beat! 8x10 on paper.
