FRESH OFF THE EASEL....

There seems to be no end to the variation that can be achieved with this Gemstone series which features a center square painted on a foam plate.  In this one, I melted part of the foam with a heat gun.  Behind the burned area is metallic gold paper.  It is finished with self leveling clear gel.

I like the contrast of shiny/dull, smooth/rough.  It arrives ready to hang or display on a small easel.
