"Left Behind" - Abstracted Figurative Painting, by Arizona Artist, Sharon Sieben

 This Figurative painting below started out as an abstract work on a 30" x 24" canvas. After a while, I pulled it out and decided to paint over it. I typically can see faces and figures in abstract works; and here is what I found hiding in this one.

"Inflexible"
Layers of oil pigments mixed with cold wax have been added to a gessoed artboard; a final thin coat of wax has been applied and buffed to add slight sheen and protection. Painting can easily be put into standard size ready made frame witout glass.
