We begin with innovative ways to move your paint using the interaction between the surface and the application. Explore how to build and preserve your underlying layers. There are no mistakes because you can recover anything that is below this precious preservation layer. Grafix will be providing some unique products for you to try and I will demonstrate several of the techniques from my newest book, Acrylic Painting for Encaustic Effects, using these specialty surfaces. This one day class will help you understand acrylic mediums, color layers and mixing, transparency, composition and it will spark your spontaneity.
