Aspen, Colorado is one of my favorite places to visit in the fall. To hear the rippling of the creek next to the John Denver Sanctuary and see the glow of aspen leaves as the sun filters through their leaves is breathtaking. With palette knife and brush in hand, hues of red and golden yellow came to life on the canvas.
