Now I continued to break up the larger spaces with more color and line. At this point, I stopped painting and was satisfied with my progress. My good friend, who is also an artist, said that she saw a horse in the painting. I thought that since this is intuitive painting, then this must be the direction the painting wanted to go.
I'll spare you the "horse".
I continued to paint and suddenly discovered that the painting wanted to be a garden of roses, so I went with that for a while...
So, I continued working in the "rose garden" and when I stepped away, I hated it.
