This painting began in acrylics and I set it aside in my studio until I knew what I wanted to do with it. I finished it recently with oils, layering the oil paints on with a palette knife and creating a more finished look on the painting.
It is fun, isn't it! Could be anything, but I had in mind the Balboa Fun Zone on the peninsula side of the bay . . . . in southern California. The Fun Zone can be anything you want, though; paintings don't have to be serious .
This is painted on archival panel, 12" square. It is finished with a matte varnish for a uniform finish on the surface. There are 12" square frames, off the shelf that this would fit into easily. For questions on international shipping, comments , please contact me H E R E
