I painted a farm tankhouse (which appears as a subtle background in this) en plein air last year, in the springtime. Recently I took it out , thought about it realized it had a similar color palette I'd been painting with, so I finished this as an "imagined landscape". The painting turned out like a painting of someone's dream - truly an "imagined landscape"!
Abstract painting involves the imagination and in this painting, a sense of mystery. I hope you enjoy this one.
