I did a 5 of these female figures a couple of years ago and now I'm
back at it. The 9x12 image area begins with a grid of larger torn or cut paper
pieces, and you build on top of that. I'm not quite finished with 'Gerty the Gardener' yet, but
she's almost at completion. The papers are mostly hand stained or painted papers, old
paintings, and I used some Inktense pencils to layer colors on top of others in areas.
I will post again when she's finished.
