The sides will be painted an earth tone or black.
After my critique group meeting yesterday, I went to my easel and as I was not
happy with how this piece was progressing with brushes, I first brushed on a coat of varnish & let it dry. Then I loaded my palette knife and painted over it with thick paint. Before - boring! After - glowing! The varnish made the paint glide on this canvas that happens to be quite rough. This small canvas is based on my previous post, but has simpler shapes. Enjoy!
