I'm spending a day at Greg Sarris' home in Sonoma County, California, with friends. His garden that wraps around the home is spectacular with large lavenders, olive and bay trees, a kidney pool, lizards, and many native plants.
We listened to the coyotes and owls last night and hear the bees buzzing as they spend their day in the lavender.
