This is one of a series of paintings that I am doing inspired by my visits of Reifel Island Bird Sanctuary. I am enjoying my monthly visits discovering all kinds of different birds - their beauty and their songs. Most of this work comes from my imagination and my many sketches and this is a tribute to my love of these feathered creatures. This piece is approximately 11 x 11 and is watermedia and ink on 300 lb Artistico paper.
