The oil colors in this Mosaic floating nautilus are vibrantly beautiful as wind their way around the shell. Each piece has several layers of oil worked into shades and textures. The background has highly visable brush strokes within the black oil invoking movement given proper lighting. Truly a beauty needing no frame to display.
As with all of my abstract pieces, my signature is on the back of the painting allowing the viewer to display in the direction that speaks to them.
