Lucky Dog Stand

This palette knife painting has layers of color applied to the canvas. I painted this New Orleans Lucky Dog stand earlier this year with a brush. I wanted to see how the two look next to each other. Actually, I think I like the palette knife painting better. It doesn't have very much detail....you kind of have to imagine what is in the background. Thanks for viewing this blog!
