10x14 mixed media on paper. I did this in a childlike, or if you will, primitive style. I did this piece to honor the Oregon State Fair. I lived most of my life in Oregon and I loved going to this fair! It is at least 150 years old and still has an old fashioned feel to it. Beautiful graceful trees, large wooden exhibit halls, lots of animals, crafts and food. I miss going to it! Southern California's LA County Fair and the Del Mar Fair down here are also wonderful. Oregon State Fair by Carol Engles
