5x7 mixed media on paper. I am starting a series of "grasses". For some reason, I really enjoy doing pieces with lots of line. It must remind me of the days when I was a newspaper advertising rep and would draw and scribble in my notebook during really long sales meetings! Seriously, these pieces are meant to give the impression of thick grasses in a field that you can lose your eyes in - with both depth and texture along with color. Hope you like it!
