Love is in the air in the metroplex. Does your life experiences influence your paintings? Mine do and this summer I've heard a lot of boyfriend, romance, wedding and shower talk and visited some bridal stores, bought some silvery paper and ribbons and searched my closet for appropriate clothes for these occasions.
This painting will be in the 2010 Fine Art in Dallas Engagement Book, a comprehensive book of local artists' work and the book will go to homes, art galleries, realtors and there will be scheduled exhibitions and artist events during the year. The City Art Calendar will be available in the fall and I will keep you posted. The painting was delivered yesterday and can be seen at the Kitchen Source in Dallas.
