Pink in the City Two by Carol Engles

This is a light and airy 8x10 watercolor with pastel - second in my "Pink in the City" series. I seem to go from dark colored paintings and then back to the lighter ones! I like creating both!     I like them too. I had a design teacher who detested this combination. I thought "how could that be?" Lovely pink roses and their green leaves are wonderful to everyone, aren't they?
