This is a 16x11 watercolor with pastel and charcoal. I like to do abstract landscapes with colors that you may not expect. So here I used yellow gold and grey. These colors can be very strong, so I balanced this painting with soft chartreuse, pink, peach, lavender and mint. I have done several pieces with this color combination.
