This is an 8x10 watercolor with pastel. Sometimes I try to do work that is neutral with the addition of bright color. For a long time, I didn't appreciate the appeal of neutrals. I thought everything had to be loaded with color - which I love. But, sometimes it is refreshing to give neutrals the opportunity to "hold " highlights of color. Does that make sense?
